Head Pit Master
Lead the heart of the 4 rivers smokehouse operation. As Head Pit Master, you'll oversee all slow-smoked meats — brisket, ribs, pulled pork — ensuring every cut meets our exacting standards of flavor, texture, and consistency. You'll manage a team of grill cooks and help develop our seasonal menu items.
- 3+ years of professional BBQ or culinary experience
- Proficiency with offset smokers and temperature management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for authentic American BBQ traditions
